Edited Summary
1. Reality television, dominating the tube right now, is the about the real antics of real people in real environment. It shows people getting humiliated. Ironically, these shows are unreal as key moments are staged. Like sports, it is cheap to produce. It is also very popular with viewers because most are nosy. It erases the boundaries between the public and private. It is a better way in telling a story. Viewers can still genuinely surprise by the reality shows. The shows grab viewers in some fundamental place and more views make it profitable. Reality shows always have a place on the television. The prospects for this show are dim. It ruins the reputation of a family network. Less people will watch the shows as because ideas are limited which lead to viewers getting bored. Other forms of programs will be a competition to reality shows.
